(parental consent required for guests under the age of 18) 


Please note ~ If you would prefer, or are unable, to attend in-person,
there is a virtual option.
If you want to participate in the virtual option, 
email ntserie@gmail.com and put "VIRTUAL OPTION" in the subject line and
include the guest name, phone number, email address, and
parent/caregiver name in the email. 
We will follow up with you - do not complete the online Guest Registration Form.
